Privacy

What this site collects, which is very little.

This page describes this website only — vitalsdigitalstl.com, a business-to-business marketing site. It is not about patient information, and no patient information is handled here. How a client's patient data is handled is covered in that client's own agreement and in their own privacy policy, not this one.

The contact form

If you fill it in, we receive the name, business, email address and message you typed, and nothing else. It is used to reply to you. It isn't sold, rented or shared for marketing, and it isn't added to any list you didn't ask to be on. Submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site.

Cookies and analytics

There are none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts, and this site sets no cookies. The estimate calculator runs entirely in your browser — the figures you type are never sent anywhere and are gone when you close the tab.

Server logs

Netlify records ordinary web-server logs for the requests it serves, which include IP addresses. That is standard hosting operation and isn't used to build a profile of you.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so displaying this page makes a request to Google that includes your IP address. Nothing else about you is sent, and the fonts can be moved onto this server if that matters to you.

Email

Email sent to hello@vitalsdigitalstl.com arrives in Google Workspace and is kept as long as it's useful to keep the correspondence.

Asking for it back, or gone

Email hello@vitalsdigitalstl.com and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. No account or form is needed; a plain email is enough.

Changes

If this site starts collecting something it doesn't collect today, this page changes first.
