What this site collects, which is very little.
This page is about this website only, vitalsdigitalstl.com, a business-to-business site. No patient information is collected or handled here. Please do not send any through the form or by email.
- The audit request form
- If you fill it in, we receive your name, your spa's website address, your email address, and your mobile number if you chose to add one. That is all. We use it to reply to you and to write your audit. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and it is not added to any list you did not ask to be on. Submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site.
- Calls
- If you call (636) 216-1589, your number reaches us through our phone provider and your carrier. We use it to reply.
- If you choose "Chat on WhatsApp," your message goes through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, and reaches us there. We use your number and message to reply. Please do not send patient information.
- Cookies and analytics
- There are none. This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies. It also loads nothing from other companies, including fonts.
- Server logs
- Netlify records ordinary web-server logs for the requests it serves, which include IP addresses. That is standard hosting operation and is not used to build a profile of you.
- Email sent to hello@vitalsdigitalstl.com arrives in Google Workspace and is kept as long as it is useful to keep the correspondence.
- Asking for it back, or gone
- Email hello@vitalsdigitalstl.com and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. A plain email is enough.
- Changes
- If this site starts collecting something it does not collect today, this page changes first.
